Terms of Use

The terms on which you use this website. Using KiKi itself is governed by a separate written agreement.

Last updated: 5 September 2026

1. These terms

This website is operated by Automaxion LLC (“we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. KiKi is a product of Automaxion LLC. By using this site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. What these terms cover

They cover this website only. They are not the agreement under which KiKi is supplied — that is a separate written contract. Nothing on this site forms part of it, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance.

3. The audit

The Dead-Stock & Margin-Leakage Audit is offered free and without obligation on either side. Requesting it does not create a contract. We may decline or withdraw it at our discretion, and we may stop offering it at any time.

Its findings are analysis and commercial opinion based on the data you give us. They are not financial, accounting, or legal advice, and they are not a guarantee of any result. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions.

4. Using the site

You agree not to misuse it. In particular, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or the systems behind it, do not interfere with its operation or security features, do not scrape it beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

We may restrict access if we reasonably believe you are doing any of these things.

5. What you send us

Do not send confidential information through the enquiry form. Send only what you are entitled to share, and keep it accurate.

You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it — replying to you and, if you asked, preparing your audit. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Our content

The content, design, structure, and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view it and share links to it, and you may quote from it with attribution for the purpose of evaluating KiKi.

You may not copy or republish it at scale, present it as your own, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission.

7. The figures on this site

Statistics presented as industry averages are illustrative and labelled as such; they describe the market, not your business. Figures describing what KiKi does reflect its behaviour in the situations shown. Neither is a promise of the result you will get. What KiKi recovers depends on your data, your catalogue, your calendar, and the decisions you make.

8. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that its content is complete, accurate, or current at any given moment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing here excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of this site — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were told such loss was possible.

Our total liability arising from your use of this site, across all claims combined, is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected, and some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions above — in which case they apply to you only so far as the law allows.

This section covers the website. Liability under any agreement for the supply of KiKi itself is governed by that agreement.

10. Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies, so please check it from time to time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
